Q: I have just purchased a dodge caliber two weeks ago. Am I qualified for this program and how do I go about it?
Answer: No. Eligible vehicles must be delivered during the program start and end dates indicated on the official program rules; May 7, 2008 through June 2, 2008.
Q. What year vehicles are eligible?
Answer: All 2008 & 2009 MY Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles are eligible excluding: All SRT models, Sprinter, Viper, Crossfire, Wrangler, Ram Chassis Cab, and Challenger models.
Q. Is this incentive guaranteed on a order?
Answer: No. Eligible vehicles must be delivered during the program start and end dates indicated on the official program rules; May 7, 2008 through June 2, 2008.
Q. Does the customer pay a transaction fee every time s/he use the fuel card?
Answer: No. However, if the consumer purchases a higher grade of gas (i.e. Mid-Grade or Premium) on an unleaded gas card, the consumer will be billed for the $2.99 plus $.15 per gallon for mid-grade fuel for a total of $3.14 per gallon (88 and/or 89 octane) or plus $.30 per gallon for premium fuel for a total of $3.29 per gallon (90 to 94 octane). All other grades of fuel higher than 94 octane are not covered under this program, and the full pump price will be billed through to the consumer, plus a $2 service fee per transaction. In addition, if a consumer purchases unleaded gas (including E85) on a diesel card, the consumer will be billed the full pump price plus a $2 service fee per transaction.
Q: Is this based on city or highway ratings?
Answer: The gallon allotment calculation used to determine three years of gas at $2.99 per gallon is as follows: 12,000 miles driven per year multiplied by 3 years, divided by vehicles adjusted combined EPA City/Hwy. average miles per gallon (MPG) (average MPG calculated via average of all body models MPG within each nameplate).
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF FOR SOME ODD WEIRD REASON FUEL DROPS BELOW 2.99 A GALLON, NOW WHAT!!!?
Answer: If the Let’s Refuel America card is used to purchase fuel at a price less than $2.99, the price will not be adjusted, but the gallon usage will still be applied against the maximum annual allotment.
Q. Can a customer use the military rebate with the Refuel America Program?
Answer: Yes.
Q. Is there a limit on how many gallons that can be pumped at one time?
Answer: No, but the Let’s Refuel America program contains a $400 maximum fuel charge per day without pre-authorization.
Q. Information given says that you exceed your annual limit with your purchase the purchase will be invalid. Do you need to know how many gallons you have left? Is there somewhere you can find out, or do you have to keep track. It does say any amounts not used in the year will be forfeit?
Answer: The customer will be able to view current balance information and a monthly statement on http://refuelamerica.pricelock.com. A statement will also be mailed each month.
Q. DO I NEED A VISA CARD OR MASTER CARD?
Answer: The eligible consumer must have a valid MasterCard or Visa credit card or check card to
participate in this program. No debit cards or other credit cards are permitted in this program.
Check card eligibility can be determined as follows:
1. Card has a Visa or Master Card logo on the face
2. Visa cards begin with the number 4 and MasterCards begin with the number 5. No other prefix card number should be accepted.
Q. In the owners manual, for a 5.7L engine, it says the manufacturer recommends 89, however will run on 87 octane. Will the card pay for 89 without a surcharge?

Q. WHAT IF A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS INITIALLY USED WAS LOST, STOLEN, WILL NEW
ACCOUNT NUMBER AFFECT THE REFUEL AMERICA CARD?
Answer: If a Let’s Refuel America card is lost or stolen, the customer must call the customer support hotline (866-776-3077) and deactivate that card and have a replacement card issued.
Q. Will full-service at gas stations be covered?
Answer: Even though the program was designed for self-service gas stations, full service gas stations are included for those in need of that service.
Q. What if customer trades vehicle in within the first three years?
Answer: If a consumer sells their vehicle before the program expiration date, turns-in their lease before the program expiration date, or disposes of their vehicle for any other reason, the card will continue to function for the original consumer as designed..
Q. So a customer can lease a vehicle for 24 months and then still retain 12 months of protected fuel at $2.99?
Answer: Yes, if a consumer sells their vehicle before the program expiration date, turns-in their lease before the program expiration date, or disposes of their vehicle for any other reason, the card will continue to function for the original consumer as designed.
